Product Specification
10" 60-TOOTH TCT SAW BLADE FOR ALUMINUM & NON-FERROUS METALS
The Benchmark Abrasives 10" 60-Tooth TCT saw blade is designed for efficient, controlled cutting of aluminum and other non-ferrous metals. With fewer teeth than the 80T and 100T options in our 10" aluminum blade lineup, the 60-tooth configuration favors faster cutting while still providing the clean edge quality needed for everyday fabrication and shop work.
Durable tungsten carbide-tipped teeth and TCG (Triple Chip Grind) geometry provide dependable cutting performance through aluminum sheet, extrusion, bar stock and similar non-ferrous materials. A 0.110" kerf and standard 5/8" arbor make this blade a practical choice for compatible miter saws and Evolution® saws used for repeated aluminum cutting.

Materials & Applications
Best For
- Aluminum
- Aluminum extrusion
- Aluminum sheet
- Aluminum bar
- Aluminum profiles
- Aluminum die castings
- Brass
- Copper
- Bronze
- Other similar non-ferrous metals
The 60-tooth configuration is particularly useful for fabrication, production cutting, installation and general shop work where cutting efficiency and a clean finished edge are both important.
Machine Compatibility
Designed for compatible 10" miter saws and Evolution® saws that accept a 5/8" arbor and operate within the blade's maximum speed rating.
Always verify your saw's blade diameter, arbor size and operating RPM before installation. The saw must be designed to accept a 10" blade with a 5/8" arbor and must not exceed the blade's 5,200 RPM maximum rating.
Choosing the Right Tooth Count

Within Benchmark's 10" aluminum blade lineup, the 60-tooth blade favors faster cutting, while the 80T and 100T options progressively favor a smoother finished edge.
Tips for Better Blade Performance
- Secure the workpiece firmly before cutting.
- Use a steady, controlled feed rate and allow the blade to do the cutting.
- Keep aluminum chips clear of the cutting area.
- Inspect the blade before use for damaged, missing, or excessively worn teeth.
- Replace or professionally sharpen the blade when cutting performance noticeably declines.
- Saw blade lubricant or cutting wax can help reduce aluminum buildup on the teeth during demanding applications.
- Never exceed the blade's 5,200 RPM maximum operating speed.
Safety
- Use only on saws designed to accept this blade diameter and arbor configuration.
- Never install the blade on a machine that exceeds the blade's maximum RPM.
- Keep all factory guards installed and properly functioning.
- Inspect the blade before every use. Do not use a cracked, warped, or damaged blade.
- Secure the workpiece before cutting and maintain control throughout the cut.
- Wear appropriate eye, hearing, and respiratory protection for the material and application.
- This blade is designed for aluminum and non-ferrous metal cutting. Use a Benchmark TCT blade specifically designed for steel/ferrous metals when cutting steel.
