Cut through a bunch of 1/8" aluminum angle with just one wheel, and it didn't load up at all. The .040 thickness lets me zip through metal with almost no burr, which saves me a ton of cleanup time.

These wheels go through stainless and aluminum like butter, and the .040 thin profile means I’m wasting way less material on each cut. The 7/8" arbor fit my grinder without any adapter hassle, and a full case of 2000 will last my crew a good while.

Used a dozen of these on a job cutting through aluminum framing and they lasted noticeably longer than my usual wheels. The .040 thickness makes for a clean cut with very little burr to clean up.
