10" Half-Round Aluminum File

The teeth are aggressive enough to shave down aluminum quickly, and the half-round shape works great for both flat panel edges and inside curves. I’ve used it on a few projects already and it’s held its cut without clogging, which is exactly what I needed.

The half-round profile grips both flat edges and inside curves without me swapping tools mid-job. It cuts through soft metal smoothly and the 10-inch length gives plenty of leverage for the price.

I've been using this file for smoothing rough edges on some aluminum trim, and the 10-inch length gives me great control without being unwieldy. The cut is aggressive enough to remove material quickly, but it leaves a finish I don't have to sand much after.
