Safety Tips/techniques:

  • Do not cut Metal with these blades, they are engineered for wood applications ONLY.
  • NEVER run the blade on a saw that is rated higher than the MAX RPM stated on the blade
  • Running your blade on a higher RPM saw is not only dangerous, but it will also reduce the lie of the blade significantly.
  • Blades with fewer teeth tend to provide a faster cut with a less finished edge.  For finer finishes choose blades with more overall teeth count.
  • Always wear proper PPE to include (but not limited to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and hand protection.  Keep all guards in place on your machine.

Timothy ★★★★★

I've been using this blade for fine trim work and the 40 teeth leave such a clean edge on oak that I barely need to sand. It's held its sharpness well through a full weekend of cutting.

Emma ★★★★★

Bought this for a quick framing job and the 40 carbide teeth made short work of the pressure-treated lumber—cuts stayed clean with no burning even when I pushed it through a tight stack. It’s thin enough that it tracks straight, which is exactly what I needed for finishing cuts.

Natalie ★★★★★

The cut quality on plywood is noticeably cleaner than my old blade, and the 40 teeth handle framing lumber without bogging down. I’ve already used it for a full weekend project, and it’s holding up well.
